The story is about a mercenary of New York Wade Wilson who beats up bad guy for quick money. One day Wade Wilson was drinking in his favourite bar “Sister Margaret’s School for Wayward Girls” where he meet an escort Vanessa and after that they come into a relationship and get engaged. After that Wilson was diagnosed with last stage of cancer and in middle of the night he leaves Vanessa so that she does not suffer because of him.

Wilson was sitting in Sister Margaret’s School for Wayward Girls bar ,where his friend also a bartender Weasel tells him that there is a mysterious man recruiting some people and he is waiting for him, the mysterious man says that he not only cure the cancer but also gives Wilson superpowers, Wilson agrees and joined him.

Wilson was brought to a workshop where some people are working on some project named a Weapon X. Ajax was in charge of the shop where he tortured the Wilson and put him in the chemicals in order to wake the dormant mutant DNA of Wilson.

After several days of torture Wilson’s mutant DNA triggered , which cures his cancer and gives the mutant abilities but also leaves him horribly disfigured. But Ajax has different plans ,he didn’t stop torturing Wilson , in order escape from Ajax and workshop Wilson sets the Workshop on fire and escaped.

Wilson wants revenge from Ajax because what he did to Wilson and his face.

After that Wilson become the Deadpool and killing every member of Ajax to find Ajax.

Deadpool again meets the Mysterious man and tells him where to find Ajax.

Deadpool intercepts their convoy as they charge down the highway, causing a massive collision and maximum carnage.

Seeing the bloodbath in the city on News Channel, Colossus and his protégé, Negasonic Teenage Warhead travels to the accident scene and apprehend the Deadpool and tries to recruit him for the X-Men but in this process Ajax escaped.

Ajax kidnapped the Vanessa and to help in the battle of Deadpool ,Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead join the team of Deadpool and after some intense fight Deadpool freed his fiancee Vanessa.
